Originally conceived as a small outbuilding project, Burlington Gardens evolved into a striking sustainable five-bedroom home within the Wellesley Road Conservation Area, combining traditional architectural influences with contemporary construction techniques.

Working with trusted and experienced construction partners, we manage and oversee the delivery of each project. We provide independent quality assurance, programme oversight, and a single point of contact throughout – ensuring design intent is protected and standards are upheld on site.

We offer an integrated interior architecture service to ensure the structure and internal details of your home work together from the start. Rather than treating the interior as an afterthought, we design the layout and bespoke joinery alongside the architectural plans so the project stays cohesive as the build progresses.

Custom-designed joinery is integral to many of our projects. From kitchens and staircases to fitted cabinetry and architectural details, we work with specialist makers to create pieces that are precise, functional, and beautifully crafted.
