Hamilton King was brought in to give this Kensington family home a much-needed new lease of life.
Our client wanted to complete a full interior refurbishment of their Victorian family home in Kensington. As the client spends part of the year away, we had to complete the work within a 4-month time frame, ready for when the owner returned.
Due to the success of the internal refurbishment, the project brief was extended and we were asked to complete an external decoration of the property and the adjoining house next door.
This interior design project included a wide range of design and build jobs. We were responsible for the full interior design and decoration of the property, as well as project management.
We carried out minor internal building works and updates to the plumbing, heating & electrical system. We refitted the three bathrooms with the owners' lifestyle in mind, making better use of the space.
